FAQs

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

This is always a loaded question and one we love to help answer. The cost of a new kitchen can vary widely depending on factors such as the size of the kitchen, the quality of materials chosen, the complexity of the design, and the amount of bells and whistles desired. We like to say it’s like buying a car. Do you want the base model? Or the limited edition? On average, a mid-range kitchen remodel in the United States can cost anywhere from $10,000 to $50,000. However, we’ve done kitchens for as little as $3,500 due to the small space and utilization of unfinished cabinets. We strive to meet any of your budget needs, if possible because we believe everyone deserves to have the kitchen of their dreams.

Our recommendation is to always have an idea of your budget in mind along with an idea of what you’re not negotiable (i.e. Do you have to have that spice rack? Do you have to have quartz countertops?) with so we can guide you to the right materials for the job.

This is one of our most asked questions. The cost of a new bathroom can vary greatly depending on factors such as the size of the bathroom, the quality of materials chosen, and the extent of the re-model. Are you just getting a vanity replaced? Are you wanting cabinets, countertops, tile and flooring? On average, a mid-range bathroom remodel in the United States can cost anywhere from $10,000 to $25,000. However, like kitchen remodeling costs, these figures are rough estimates, and actual costs may vary significantly depending on individual circumstances and preferences.

Our payment process is simple.

Full Re-Model. This means you’re getting product and installation of more than one material with us. Once the design and materials are decided upon, you’ll give a 50% deposit. We’ll then go out and confirm your measurements and make any adjustments needed. Once product arrives, you’ll place an additional 25% deposit and we’ll get your job scheduled within that day. Upon full completion of the project, we’ll collect the final 25%.

One Product Installation. If you’re just purchasing one product that needs to be installed, we’ll take 50% up front and then 50% upon completion of the project.

Material Order and Pick-Up. If you’re just purchasing material from us that we have to order, it’s a 50% deposit and 50% upon pick-up.

Currently, we do not offer financing.

You’ll need to take and draw (on a scratch piece of paper) basic wall measurements and let us know where there are door openings, windows, or anything that would effect where cabinets will go. We’ll also need the height of your ceiling.  Pictures of the space always help us get a more accurate idea too. We can create a design off of loose measurements and then confirm them once you’ve decided to move forward.

You’ll need to take measurements of the length and width of the current countertop. We’ll also need to know if you want backsplash or any overhang to accurately calculate the square footage. As long as you’ve got some measurements and pictures of the countertop we can give you an estimate. Once you’ve decided to move forward we’ll come out and ensure that everything is correct.

Yes, we work with qualified subcontractors for installation of cabinets, countertops and flooring. We vet out and know each installer personally to ensure that you are getting the best service.  We also coordinate their schedules and work with them directly on your project.

No, we do not do full remodels. What does that mean? It simply means we do not move walls, handle electrical work or plumbing. We do have contacts that we can refer you to.

No, we do not charge to get a design with us.

We do include measurements upon a 50% deposit being put down for the job. As a small business, we do not currently have the staff to do measurements without payment.

Surprisingly, not many of our products are actually liquidated other than the tile that is offered out front.  We strive to offer overstock options at a discounted rate, along with unfinished cabinets that are a great price. We also offer in stock LVP, carpet, vanities, countertops and light fixtures. Should we change the name? Probably! But it’s been such a staple in the community for so long, that process takes awhile.

Yes, we install cabinets, countertops (via our fabricator) and flooring. We do not install tile but can recommend installers for you to contact directly.

This depends entirely upon the supplier you choose. Upon ordering, cabinets can take anywhere from 1 week to 12 weeks to receive. We’ll walk you through the entire process when you meet with us to help you decide which one works best for you and your project.

This depends upon supplier and material type and whether or not you’ve got cabinets that are being installed. Once the template of the countertop happens, it can take up to 2 weeks prior to installation.

This is a variable answer as it depends on the scope of your project. If it’s a simple flooring installation, it can happen within a week or two. If it’s a full blown kitchen, it can take up to 3 months or more to get all of the materials in and installed.
